Yoga Series

Our Yoga Series at Vitality Lab in Squamish are thoughtfully designed multi-week programs that help students build consistency, confidence, and connection through movement over time. Each series meets weekly and features age-appropriate, supportive practices led by experienced and caring instructors.

You can join at any point during the series. If you register after the start date, your fee will be prorated to reflect the remaining classes, offering flexibility while preserving the sense of continuity and community that makes series-based yoga so impactful.
