Class Types

  • This full-body yoga class blends grounding, stabilizing foundational postures with longer-held restorative shapes and accessible stretches. Expect mindful transitions, supportive options, and plenty of space to reconnect with your breath and body. Suitable for all levels, especially those seeking a calm, nourishing practice.

  • A dynamic class designed to gradually build warmth, strength, and mobility. Expect chest openers, twists, and backbends woven together in an all-levels-friendly sequence. Arm balances and inversions may be offered as optional explorations. A feel-good practice that’s playful yet rooted.

  • Candlelit Yin is a slow, grounding practice held in a softly lit space to help you fully unwind. Poses are supported and held for 2–5 minutes, allowing you to soften deeply, slow your breath, and settle into stillness.

    This class encourages gentle release, quiet reflection, and nervous system restoration. The warm candlelight creates a calming atmosphere that supports deeper relaxation and a stronger connection to your body and breath.

    Designed for all levels, Candlelit Yin offers a nurturing space to improve mobility, reduce tension, and restore balance in both body and mind. Props and modifications are always provided, making the practice accessible, soothing, and deeply restorative for everyone.

Through gentle stretches, mindful breathwork, and calming meditation, you’ll learn to ease tension, support your body, and nurture your growing baby. This series offers a safe, welcoming space to connect with other expectant parents and embrace the changes of this special time.

    Each class combines pregnancy-safe yoga postures with soothing acoustic music and simple yogic teachings to help you feel more grounded, confident, and at ease. No prior yoga experience is required—these sessions are designed for all levels.

  • Drawing from Joseph Pilates’ mat repertoire, this class focuses on alignment, core control, breath and mobility. This class is designed to move at a slower pace to help build on the mind-body connection. Using a range of body weight exercises and props to strengthen and tone, this is a low-impact workout that is suitable for all levels. 

  • Strength & Stamina is a full-body strength class designed to help you feel strong, capable, and confident in both body and mind. This class emphasizes intentional strength training to build and maintain muscle, support long-term health, and help you move through everyday life with greater ease and resilience.

    We begin with a mobility-focused warm-up to prepare the joints and body for movement, then move into a structured strength circuit that challenges endurance and builds total-body strength through repeated, consistent effort. The class wraps up with a calming cooldown and stretch to restore balance and leave you feeling grounded and energized.

    The ethos of this class is simple: consistency is key, and you are stronger than you think. Exercises can be adapted to all levels and to the equipment available, whether that includes weights, bands, balls, or bodyweight. You’ll leave class feeling accomplished, empowered, and ready to take on whatever the day brings.
